  • Authentic Movement

    A conscious movement practice that facilitates slowing down, deep inner listening for what is present in body, heart and soul, and mindful witnessing of self and others. It is done without music, often with poetic prompts, and it encourages creative exploration and expression. Previous movement experience, or at least feeling quite comfortable with free unguided movement, is important for this class.

  • 5Rhythms

    5Rhythms Movement is a liberating and often joyous, cathartic improvisational movement practice which welcomes the mover home into the body and invites free expression through music and creative prompts. No previous dance experience necessary, just a love of music and movement!

  • Movement Medicine

    In her class Movement Medicine, Anna combines elements of 5Rhythms Movement and dance therapy with embodiment, mindfulness, stress-relief and relaxation exercises to specifically support people who are seeking more connection with self, or those who might be healing from anxiety, depression, trauma or burnout and could benefit from an embodied approach to healing.
